My Storm Team of the first 20 years:

Fullback - Billy Slater
Wings - Matt Geyer and Marcus Bai
Centres - Will Chambers and Greg Inglis
Five Eighth - Scott Hill
Halfback - Cooper Cronk
Props - Jesse Bromwich and Robbie Kearns
Hooker - Cameron Smith (c)
Second Rowers - Stephen Kearney and Ryan Hoffman
Lock - Dallas Johnson
Interchange - Tohu Harris, Dale Finucane, Brett White and Brett Kimmorley

Honourable Mentions:

Fullback - Robbie Ross and Cameron Munster
Wing - Steve Turner, Anthony Quinn, Matt Duffie, Sisa Waqa, Justin O'Neill, Marika Koroibete and Suliasi Vunivalu
Centre - Matt King, Aaron Moule, Tony Martin, Steven Bell and Israel Folau
Five Eighth - Brett Finch, Gareth Widdop, Blake Green and Cameron Munster
Halfback - Matt Orford
Hooker - Richard Swain and Ryan Hinchcliffe
Prop - Rodney Howe, Glenn Lazarus (hard to leave him out bu it came down to games played in the end), Russell Bawden, Adam Blair, Tim Glasby, Bryan Norrie, Jeff Lima, Jordan McLean, Ben Roarty, Antonio Kaufusi and Jason Ryles
Second Row - David Kidwell, Paul Marquet, Kevin Proctor, Sika Manu and Felise Kaufusi
Lock - Tawera Nikau, Danny Williams, Matt Rua and Ryan Hinchcliffe

It occurs to me that a squad of 25 might perhaps be more appropriate than a team of 17. In which case I would add King, Hinchcliffe, Lazarus, Lima, Blair, Folau, Ross and Kidwell.
