Adam O'Brien to Roosters?

Seems to be plenty of traction to this and looks like it's going to happen. I think it's fair to say that most of us fans (and those at the club) just thought it was a no brainer he took over when Bellyache finished up. Apparently it's for family reasons but I can't see him taking over the reins at ...

Re: Round 22 - Storm vs Sharks

I never thought I'd thank the Roosters but they've done us a big favour tonight. Not only did they beat the Rabbits they only did so by a small margin. If we do the job on the Sharks on Sunday we'll get back to the penthouse and put our destiny back in our hands

Re: Munster being chased by Roosters

We're gunna give him a 4 or 5 year deal worth $5-$6 million + the opportunity to be the new face of the team and rugby league in Victoria. Get to play under the best coach in the business as well. What I'm saying here is good luck to those other clubs who think they are a chance here. Spot on. Can'...

Back to back losses as well. I wonder when the Sharks last lost 3 in a row?

Round 22-24, 2016.

Yeah they've lost 2 in a row so that'd make them hungry for a win, but they've also lost 4 of their last 6 which I think indicates a form slump

Re: Round 21 - Rabbitohs vs Storm

We have yet another Storm hater in the ever-growing list of commentators in Brenton Speed. He's even been outdoing Brandy tonight and that's really saying something....

I can see what you're saying yet we're still 4 points up and that was only with a late try to them

Re: Round 21 - Rabbitohs vs Storm

Maybe we can stop the Souffs fans booing by passing out rule books. How bad are they? I clearly remember the feckwits on LU bagging shite out of Melbourne supporters as we booed too much as we 'didn't know the rules' but these inbreds (and most other Sydney clubs) boo more than we ever have. Just o...

Re: Round 21 - Rabbitohs vs Storm

Yeah agreed. While I can see the benefit of playing funny buggers when it comes to the halves, I don't think there's much if any when it comes to wingers

Re: Munster being chased by Roosters

While I know it was 2 years ago I remembered this article and which is why I'm confident he'll stay. While of course he'll want the best deal he can, I don't think he's a mercenary and won't jump ship for a bit more money. Especially after all the issues he had in the off season off field, the Storm...

Re: Munster being chased by Roosters

Geez what a shock, other teams are interested in signing Munster! :shock2: Of course they are it's the nature of the game but I'm actually pretty confident of him staying. Bill might go on next year again and while that doesn't have anything to do with the FB position, Bill would be up there at the ...

Re: Round 20 - Storm vs Raiders

We can go back to back. I really believe it now. Have top agree with that, not saying we will but we definitely can. We haven't had a settled halves combo all season which we now have and with 5 weeks leading up to to the finals we'll only improve in that department. We also survived the origin per...

Why? Just because he wants to come back to the club in some capacity doesn't necessarily mean in a coaching role. There's more than just coaching roles with Kearnsy and Robbo being the perfect examples

Re: Round 18 - Sea Eagles vs Storm

http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-EgymxjBhnCI/TjMJQhpZOjI/AAAAAAAAAp8/HDGz18YGAxQ/s1600/goojf.jpg . Lol I like it but it’s pribably a bit unfair at the same time. While we were clearly outplayed in the majority of the first half (and lucky to only 7 down) it wasn’t totally unexpected we lacked cohesion and...
