Re: Fiji to play NSW cup

Good news and best of luck to them. Although the Fijians should progress with caution. The NSWRL should not be trusted.

Possible they are putting shit on him just because of the story?

Re: Munster told to Pull His Head In!

This article doesn't sit right at all... I would love to see the line of questioning put to Gene Miles. It feels like a reporter has had a story in mind and then presented it to Miles as a fait accompli. The article overtly insinuates that there are concerns with the way Munster has handled himself ...

Hahahaha. Your analogies are so bad that they are good. Must be on LSD.

Re: 2018 Ladder Predictions

9. Tigers 11. Bulldogs Both seem high for my liking... Here is the Fox Sports estimated round 1 teams of each. Both teams look very, very average. BULLDOGS 1. Will Hopoate 2. Brett Morris 3. Josh Morris 4. Brenko Lee 5. Marcelo Montoya 6. Kieran Foran 7. Moses Mbye 8. Aaron Woods 9. Michael Lichaa 1...

Re: World Club Challenge

It's just such a shame about the timing... Rather than going into this match with a strong desire to see the team win, I am more hopeful we escape with no injuries. It shouldn't be that way and it kind of destroys what should be a great spectacle.

Re: Round 1 predicted line ups

Likely Kas was a little bit complacent at the Dogs after being there for so long. The issues with team performance and Des were likely a distraction as well. A change of scenery will hopefully be the kick start he needs. Like all Storm recruits though, Bellamy will get the best out of them on one co...

Surely anyone saying that was just caught up in the moment with an exciting young player performing well... Either that, or they were off their heads.

We will miss Tohu more than McLean. Hell, we might even miss him more than Cronk.

Re: Round 1 predicted line ups

Yeah i reckon we've been grooming cam to take over from Craig for a while now. The only obstacle would be if he'd rather do media. Based on his comments to date when asked about it, I don’t think he wants to go in to a head coaching role... He always points to the amount of work Bellamy puts in and...

Re: Billy Slater

It's good to be wrong. Athletes aren't suppose to miss two seasons and comeback even better. He did things in slightly different ways to peak Slater but it was quite remarkable how he was able to return and be as good as he was. Yep, fair point. I would hazard a guess that the success of Slater's r...

Re: Billy Slater

In my slow work day I went back through this thread... Even die-hard Storm fans were calling on Slater to hang the boots up just before the 2017 season kicked off. From there he goes on to; - Dominate at NRL level once again. - Be recalled to an under pressure QLD team and help them come from behind...

Re: Golden boot 2017

To put that in perspective...

Only 28 players (other than Smith) in the 111 year history of the game have played 300+ games.

Re: Golden boot 2017

Just back on Smith and how long he plays for - where will his NRL appearances record finish? Assumtions - Smith plays all Storm games (minus Origin affected rounds). - Smith doesn't get injured. - 2018 New NRL schedule - 25 Rounds - 1 Bye - 1 Origin affected round (for Storm) = 23 Games of the regul...
